This Earnings and Risk Disclaimer applies to all independent direct sellers, franchise applicants, partners, and visitors of Avantara Global.

No Guaranteed Income Representation

Avantara Global makes NO express or implied representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific financial returns, daily/monthly earnings, fixed profits, or lifestyle enhancements resulting from becoming an Independent Direct Seller or Franchisee.

Any income, incentives, or rewards earned are determined solely by your individual sales aptitude, leadership, dedication, retail volume generated, and prevailing commercial market conditions.

Compliance with Direct Selling Rules, 2021

Strict alignment with Consumer Protection guidelines and prohibition of pyramid mechanisms.

Avantara Global operates strictly under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

Product-Driven Revenue

100% of direct seller bonuses, retail profits, and overrides originate exclusively from the authenticated retail distribution of tangible consumer goods and digital utilities.

Zero Head-Hunting Bounty

No compensation or bonus is ever paid simply for enrolling, sponsoring, or recruiting another person into the network without underlying product transactions.

Operating Expenses

Independent direct sellers are responsible for their own travel, mobile communication, local marketing, and incidental operating expenses.

Prohibition of Misleading Income Claims

Strict zero-tolerance policy against deceptive wealth promotions, fake lifestyle photos, or bank statements.

Avantara Global enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against misleading representations. Independent Direct Sellers are strictly forbidden from:

  • Displaying income checks, bank transfer screenshots, or luxury lifestyle assets with claims that such wealth is guaranteed or effortlessly achieved.
  • Describing Avantara Global as a "passive investment", "financial scheme", "crypto-yield system", or "guaranteed salary job".
  • Encouraging prospective members to take personal loans or mortgage properties to purchase bulk inventory.

Any distributor found violating this code will face immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus privileges, and potential legal prosecution.

Reporting Misleading Income Claims

Channel to report unauthorized claims or deceptive distributor practices directly to legal compliance.
